Apostolic Succession
"And Jesus coming, spoke to them, saying: All power is given to me in heaven and in earth. Going therefore, teach ye all nations; baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and behold I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world."
~ Saint Matthew 28:18 - 20

There were 2,625 Bishops from all over the world who attended the Council of Vatican II in Rome from 1962 to 1965. And there were just few Bishops who publicly denounced the errors of the New Mass and the changes implemented by Vatican II. Let us remember that these bishops tried to be Catholic bishops but they had their own imperfections and they're not infallible.
Most of the priests and bishops in the world who offer the traditional Latin Mass derive their orders from
Archbishop Thuc or from Archbishop Lefebvre. We regard both the Thuc and Lefebvre lines as valid.
