Pope Leo XIII realized a century ago the diabolical forces which were at work to destroy the Catholic Church. For this reason, he composed an exorcism prayer which begins with an invocation to St. Michael.
Pope Leo XIII wrote on September 25, 1888:
“These most crafty enemies have filled and inebriated with gall and bitterness the Church, the spouse of the immaculate Lamb, and have laid impious hands on her most sacred possessions. In the Holy Place itself, where has been set up the See of the most holy Peter and the Chair of Truth for the light of the world, they have raised the throne of their abominable impiety, with the iniquitous design that when the Pastor has been struck, the sheep may be scattered.”
The Seven Sacraments are the most sacred possessions of the Holy Roman Catholic Church.
Pope Saint Pius X, Ex Quo Non, December 26, 1910:
"It is well known that to the Church there belongs no right whatsover to innovate anything touching on the substance of the Sacraments."
Pope Pius XII, Sacramentum Ordinis, November 30, 1947:
"The seven sacraments of the new law have all been instituted by Jesus Christ Our Lord, and the Church has no power over the ‘substance of the sacraments’, that is over the things which, as the sources of revelation, witness, Christ the Lord Himself decreed to be preserved in a sacramental sign."
A sacrament is said to be valid if it takes place. One of the seven sacraments is the Holy Order. The Sacrament of Holy Orders is valid if the persons become real deacon, priest and bishop. In order for the sacrament of the Holy Orders to be valid, matter, form, minister and intention must be present.

Pope Eugene IV, Council of Florence, 1439:
“All these sacraments are made up of three elements: namely, things as the matter, words as the form, and the person of the minister who confers the sacrament with the intention of doing what the Church does. If any of these is lacking, the sacrament is not effected.”
The Devil could not wait to destroy the precious liturgical heritage of the Catholic Church by
means of the heretics at Vatican II. His goal was to leave as little of Tradition remaining as he
could. And that’s exactly what he did.
Pope Paul III, Council of Trent, Session 7, Can. 13, ex cathedra:
“If anyone shall say that the received and approved rites of the Catholic Church accustomed to be used in the solemn administration of the sacraments may be disdained or omitted by the minister without sin and at pleasure, or may be changed by any pastor of the churches to other new ones: let him be anathema.”
Vatican II brings down the anathema of the Church on its head!

Sacrosanctum Concilium
Vatican II’s Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy
Sacrosanctum Concilium
Vatican II’s Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy
Sacrosanctum Concilium was Vatican II’s constitution on the sacred liturgy. It was responsible for the incredible changes to the Rites of Priestly Ordination and Episcopal Consecration, to the Mass and the other sacraments following Vatican II.
It was Paul VI who changed the rites of all seven sacraments of the Catholic Church, making grave and invalidating changes to the sacraments of the Holy Orders. But it all began with Vatican II’s Constitution, Sacrosanctum Concilium.
Sacrosanctum Concilium #76:
“The rites for different kinds of ordination are to be revised – both the ceremonies and the texts.”
The New Rite of Holy Orders (bishops, priests, deacons) was approved and imposed by Paul VI on June 18, 1968. Paul VI changed the rite for consecrating bishops because the devil knows that the bishop has the fullness of the sacrament of Holy Orders. Without the Bishop, there can be no priest. Without the priest, there can be no Holy Eucharist and so on and so forth.

The last known Catholic Pope before Vatican II was Pope Pius XII. He died on October 1958. Through Pope Pius XII, God declared what is the essential form for the Consecration of Bishops because God knows that Paul VI will change it.
TRADITIONAL FORM FOR CONSECRATION OF BISHOPS Pope Pius XII, Sacramentum Ordinis, Nov. 30, 1947: “But regarding the matter and form in the conferring of every order, by Our same supreme apostolic authority We decree and establish the following: …in the Episcopal ordination or consecration… the form consists of the words of the ‘Preface,’ of which the following are essential and so required for validity: ► “Complete in Thy priest the fullness of Thy ministry, and adorned in the raiment of all glory, sanctify him with the dew of heavenly anointing.” | NEW FORM FOR CONSECRATION OF BISHOPS Antipope Paul VI, June 18, 1968 We ourselves, therefore, by Our Apostolic authority, approve the rite for the conferring of the sacred Orders of the Diaconate, the Presbyterate, and the Episcopate, a rite revised by the Consilium ad exsequendam Constitutionem de sacra Liturgia after consultation with bishops from various parts of the world and with the aid of experts... ► “So now pour out upon this chosen one that power which is from you, the governing Spirit whom you gave to your beloved Son, Jesus Christ, the Spirit given by Him to the holy apostles, who founded the Church in every place to be your temple for the unceasing glory and praise of your name.” |
In addition to the devastating change to the essential form, many other things have been deleted. Paul VI’s New Rite of Episcopal Consecration has a radically different form from what Pius XII declared was necessary for validity. The new form does not unequivocally signify the powers of the episcopacy. These facts prove that the New Rite of Episcopal Consecration of Paul VI cannot be considered valid, but must be considered invalid.
All “bishops” consecrated in this rite cannot be considered valid bishops. All “priests” ordained by these “bishops” , even if the Traditional Rite of Ordination was used, cannot be considered valid priests.Their “Masses” must be avoided.
This means that any Confessions made of grave sins to “priests/bishops” ordained/consecrated in the New Rite must be made again to a validly ordained priest who was ordained in the Traditional Rite of Ordination by a bishop consecrated in the Traditional Rite of Episcopal Consecration. If one cannot remember which sins were confessed to New Rite “priests,” and which were forgiven by a priest ordained in the Traditional Rite, then a Catholic must make a general confession mentioning all grave sins (if there were any) that may have been confessed to a “priest” ordained in the rite of Paul VI (the New Rite).
Obviously, no Catholic may lawfully approach “priests/bishops” ordained/consecrated in the New Rite of Paul VI for either confession Holy Mass or any other sacrament requiring a valid priesthood under pain of grave sin, since they are not valid priests/bishops.
Those “priests/bishops” who were “ordained/consecrated” in the New Rite of Paul VI who are open to the truth must be re-ordained/re-consecrated by a validly consecrated Bishop in the Traditional Rite.

We know that God is with us and he will never abandon us. He has promised that he will always be with us. There were few Bishops who resisted the heresies of the Vatican II Sect. They were not infallible and were not perfect but they tried their best to preserve the doctrines of our Lord Jesus Christ. Today, we still have Bishops and priests who offer the Traditional Mass because they were consecrated/ordained by those Bishops who resisted Vatican II.
Most of the Bishops and priests in the world who offer the Traditional Latin Mass derive their orders from these two bishops:
